We instruct process servers throughout the world

To assist you in choosing and understanding the work undertaken by Process Servers – I will take you through some of the work we have undertaken recently…

We directed a Californian Attorney to use Her Majesty’s Sergeant to effect service of a summons on Guernsey. We recommended a particular route for them to follow. Because we have amassed a good deal of experience serving nationally and internationally we were able to guide their litigation – although Guernsey is part of the UK, The laws of this Channel Island are based upon French Law.

Closer to home, we receive serves through the Document Exchange (The: “DX”) or through the post or we collect the serve. We have a core of expert personnel who serve Court Papers such as: Statutory Demands (Statutory Demand under section 268(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986), or, if the debtor ignores this document the Bankruptcy Petition that follows (Creditor’s Bankruptcy Petition on Failure to Comply with a Statutory Demand for a Liquidated Sum Payable Immediately.

We instruct process servers throughout the world and were impressed by the service levels of the team at: Nautilus Investigations – they managed to cover some very remote areas in Australia. Our client had been burnt by a, “Less than professional” outfit and we had to make good their mess – all done thanks to Frank and his team.

Last week we needed two urgent trace enquiries in Canada and Shadow Investigations headed up by Janet – came good.

Both agencies, like our own have robust policies and procedures in place to ensure successful and confidential transfers of information.
