Our process servers in West Yorkshire cover Calderdale, Halifax town centre and the Saville Park area (HX1), out to Elland (HX5), Greetland, Barkisland, Stainland (HX4). Sowerby Bridge, Rishworth, Ripponden, Norland (HX6) in the South across to: Mytholmroyd, Heptonstall, Old Town and Hebden Bridge (HX7) in the East pushing up to Oldham and the Manchester area. To the north of this varied and interesting area we cover Mixenden, Luddenden, Illingworth, Ogden (HX2) and Boothtown, Shelf, Skircoat Green, Northowram and Southowram (HX3).
We have built up some very good alliances with the legal sector in this area over the years and ensure that our process server is conversant with the local terrain and that out services continue to impress – always in terms of quality but also in terms of costs and turn around times.
Our Bradford based process servers (Laisterdyke and Queensbury based) covers the HX district but all time and mileage, if calculated, is from the Halifax town hall. As with the rest of our service we actually offer a fixed fee rate for serves which most of our clients, in the district and throughout the UK appreciate. A Divorce Petition will be served personally in HX area for: £90.00 + VAT. If an Affidavit confirming the serve is required we charge £70.00, which includes its preparation and it’s swearing before a Solicitor or Commissioner for Oaths.
As an additional support we offer “No find – No fee” trace enquiry expertise if the person to be served is not at the address you hold.
