Process Served

Know Your Supplier (KYS) is an essential due diligence requirement. The veil lifts very easily and buyer’s remorse is the sum total of your exposure when things go wrong.

As an establish business we have several “Pillar” clients that send regular work, some days we might receive 10 or 11 serves in a period of a couple of hours and we need to grade and prioritise our actions. Essentially, we “Triage” the incoming work and assign the work to the appropriate process server.
We can, ping, service documents out to our process servers in the field using secure (GDPA/ DPA compliant) comms and they print off the time critical/ urgent serves. But, for the most part, we print off the documents and bundles (Received electronically) at our office bases.
Our unique selling points are:
Intelligence Led Field Operatives – each one of our process servers has a trace and Osint expert working “In house” in the background – relaying information and intelligence, back and forth in real time.
Specialist Process Servers – no two serves are the same and we allocate the most appropriate operative as required. We triage and assess as the serve progresses.

We cover the whole of the UK and operate throughout the world using a tight network of proven and reliable process servers.
We cover the North of England (Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire) on an hourly basis and work 24/7.
Our fees are competitive because we can pass on cost savings due to existing volumes of ongoing work – we cover every square inch with accredited, and time served experts.We use our colleagues in the Varsity Directory of Investigators and Process Servers on an “Agent to Agent” basis if we need to serve in a hard-to-reach part of the UK.
Legal Clients pay £100 + VAT for serves in the West Yorkshire Area.
Members of the public (Following our KYC, Due Diligence checks) pay £120.00 + VAT in the West Yorkshire Area
Legal Clients pay £110 + VAT for serves in the Greater Manchester, North Yorkshire*, East Yorkshire* and South Yorkshire area.
Members of the public (Following our KYC, Due Diligence checks) pay 120.00 + VAT in the Greater Manchester, North Yorkshire*, East Yorkshire* and South Yorkshire area.
Anywhere else in the UK serves are £130 + VAT for legal Clients and £150.00 + VAT for members of the public.
Includes 3 Visits (Minimum) at appropriate times. We complete and include with every serve a detailed and carefully written Statement or Certificate of Service – to fully meet and exceed the needs of the legal profession.

* There are several areas around the east coast and inland that are not served by process servers – Skegness is one, Whitby, Bridlington and Scarborough are other areas (For example) where we have been unable to source an associate to complete serves – we cover these areas from our base in Driffield – due to mileage and time considerations our fees are negotiable around: £140.00 + VAT in these specific area.
